| Well done to everyone who took part in the races over the weekend. We all had a lot of fun and, although we didn't make it to the finals, showed that we have the ability to keep up with those much younger fitter school teams who train five times a week. We are improving all the time. Let's keep it up! |

| Glorious day to be in the water. Only a few more sessions to go before the 800m race. The coach gets us focused on strategy. It's about timing, coordination and focus. And yes, a bit of stamina too. |
