One Team, One Goal

The boat will not move if each one is paddling their own way. We are training as one team, in one boat, with one goal… To paddle strong forward, and towards team success.

We are Gaelic Dragons, we are stronger than we think we are. So keep it up!

DBS Marina Regatta 2017

We only have one weekend left to train and get ready for this big race!

Dragon Divas Regatta

Calling all the Gaelic ladies and our Drag Queens!

It’s our time to shine again and be the superstar that we are!

Our ladies will battle it out against the other IDBC teams in a 200m race. There will be a 10-crew 200m competitive race in our own teams, and a 20-crew 200m fun race with mixed teams.

Get those red lipsticks ready ladies! To those who has not signed up yet, you have until May 29th, so register here.

Drag Queens alert! Our Jenny O’Brien has sent a Facebook invite to our Gaelic men to join in this year’s another epic Divas performance. Remember, we have a trophy to defend. So if you haven’t received the invite yet and want to be part of the coolest drag crew, drop Jenny, Cash or Richard a message!

Thursday 6.30 am

Saturday 2.45 pm

Sunday 8.45 am

Please take note that Tuesday and Thursday morning paddle are additional sessions and not to replace the weekend regular training.

Facebook events will be up soon for weekend sessions.

For those non-subscription members, Saturday training is S$15. But if you are going only for the land training, it’s S$5.

Tuesday morning is covered for subscription members and $5 for non-subscriptions. For Thursday morning, everyone has to pay $5 to cover the coaching cost.

Training Etiquette:

Please be on time for training. We need this time before paddling to ensure that the boats are ready, everyone has the right equipment, and that we have done a warm-up before getting on the boat. Please don’t leave it to your teammates to get everything ready for you. We also need this time to organise the line-up properly.

– If you are going to be late, please text Aoife at 8573 3285 before the meeting time.

– If you show up or text us too late and we do not have room on the kitted boat(s), you will not be able to train that day.

Boat(s) will launch at 3.30pm (Saturday), 9.30am (Sunday) and 7am(Tuesday & Thursday) SHARP!!!

Please bring only what you need to training and try to avoid bringing large bags. Especially on Saturdays, as the bag cage gets very full and we want to make sure that everyone’s bag can be safely locked away.

Water/Water Bottle:

Please bring your water bottles to training to help reduce plastic waste and save our planet! If you don’t have your water bottles yet, please take 2-3 bottles of water from the cage. We will not take the boxes of water in the boat anymore.

Saturday Land Trainingand Sunday RunCome on down this Saturday for a session with coach. Be at the cage before 2pm (Aoife is checking the attendance)! Don’t be late! For Sunday, join Coach Waihong for a run right after the Sunday Race Training.
